2. For Organizers (Businesses)
2.1. Create an Audition
Goal: Set up a new audition under your business with all the basic details and submission requirements.
Steps
1. Click on Explore and go to Auditions.


2. Click on the Plus (+) button to open the audition creation form.

3. Fill in the basic details: the business name under which you want to create the audition, the title, and the description of the audition.


4. Select the audition type — Physical audition or Digital audition.

5. Add the submission details, such as audition requirements (for example, full picture and previous work videos), evaluation criteria, applicant limit, participant count, and who can view the audition.

6. Confirm the details to create the audition.
Note: In a Physical audition, the check-in date and check-in end date are included. In a Digital audition, the check-in date and check-in end date are not included.
2.2. Publish the Audition
Goal: Select the relevant job roles and make the audition live.
Steps
7. Immediately after creating the audition, you will see all the jobs you have created.

8. Select the roles you want and click Save Roles. All selected jobs are saved instantly.

9. Click Publish. Your jobs are linked and the audition is published.

10. You will receive a notification confirming that the job is linked to the audition and that the audition is live.

Note: Once published, the audition goes live and the selected jobs appear under Roles for casting.
2.3. Add a Job in the Audition
Goal: Link the job roles you want to cast to the published audition.
Steps
11. After the audition is created, the jobs you have set up are shown for selection.12. Select the roles to be cast and click Save Roles.

13. Click Publish to link the selected jobs to the audition.

14. The linked jobs appear under Roles for casting for the audition.

Note: Selecting and saving roles is what links each job to the audition; the audition can be cast only for the jobs that are linked to it.
2.4. View the Applicants
Goal: See everyone who has applied to your audition, across all statuses.
Steps
15. Go to Auditions and open the audition.


16. Click the Settings button in the top-right corner.

17. Click View Applicants.

18. You can see all the applicants across all statuses in the Manage Applications section.

Note: From Manage Applications you can choose any job and any profile to review or update further.
2.5. Match Profiles
Goal: Add suitable talent from the reelOn pool directly to a job as prospects.
Steps
19. Go to Auditions and click on the audition.

20. Click the Settings button in the top-right and click View Applicants.

21. Choose the job for which you want to match profiles.


22. Click the Plus (+) icon, then click Add from reelOn.

23. Browse the available profiles and click Add to Prospect for the profiles you want; you will receive a notification immediately.

24. Use the filters and search to narrow profiles — by title, location, has gallery, and other filters.

25. Select the profiles you want. The matched profiles are added as a draft (prospect).

Note: You can see how many profiles are available while filtering. Matched profiles are added as prospects in draft state.
2.6. Update the Applicant Status
Goal: Move an applicant through the casting pipeline and notify both parties.
Steps
26. Click Settings and then View Applicants.

27. In Manage Applications, choose a job and select the profile whose status you want to change

28. Click View Application to see the full application the user submitted — gallery, body characteristics, cover letter, and about details.

29. Click the tick mark to see all available statuses, and change the status from there.
30. Alternatively, after viewing the application, use the Move to option to see all status options and change the status from there.
31. Once changed (for example, to Final Consideration or Selected), both the organizer and the participant receive a notification.

32. Track applicants by status using the tabs in Manage Applications — for example, the Selected tab.
Note: Status can be changed from the tick-mark menu or the Move to option. Every status change triggers a notification to both the organizer and the participant.
