3. All Invitation Flows


There are three ways to send an invite to another user for Managed Talent: via a generic link, via a direct invite to an existing user, and via a personalized link.

Goal: Generate a shareable link that any user can open to send a representation request to your business.

Steps

Go to Managed Talent and select Managing As — choose the role you want to assign.


  1. Optionally add an invite message (for example: We would love to invite you as our talent manager).



  2. Copy the invite link displayed on screen.



  3. Share the copied link with the user through WhatsApp or any other platform.



  4. When the user opens the link, they will see your business cover image and can proceed to send a representation request.



Note: The generic link can be shared with anyone. Any user who opens it will see your business details and can send a request.

3.2. Direct Invite to an Existing User

Goal: Send an invitation directly to a user already on reelOn by searching their number.

Steps

  1. Search for the user by their phone number — their profile will appear.


      

  2. Select or change the role you want to assign to them.



  3. Optionally update the invite message.



Optionally add internal notes (these are optional and only visible to you).

  1. Click Invite — the person is invited and will receive a notification immediately.

  2. After inviting, you can edit the role or internal notes at any time using the Edit Details option.

Note: Internal notes are for your own reference and are not shown to the invited user.

Goal: Generate a link personalized for a specific user that can be shared via WhatsApp or any platform.

Steps

  1. Search the user by their phone number.

  2. Choose a Managing As role for that user.

  3. Optionally add an invite message, or skip this step.

Click Copy Personalized Link — the link specific to that user is copied.

  1. Paste the link in a WhatsApp group or any other platform to share it with the user.



Note: Unlike the generic link, a personalized link is tied to the specific user you searched. It is not interchangeable with other users.
