Goal: Decline a representation request from a business or a user.

1. Go to Notifications.
   

   

      

2. Click on Invitations — you will see all pending representation invitations.
   

   

   
   
   

3. Find the invitation you want to decline and click Reject.
   

   

   
   
   

4. The request is declined and the status updates immediately.
   

   

   
   
   

5. In the business's Managed Talent section, the declined profile will show a Rejected tag.
   

   

   
   
   

6. The business can choose to resend the invitation if they want to try again.
   

   

Note: Declining a request removes it from your pending invitations. The business is notified of the rejection and has the option to resend.
